Too much judgement , thoughts..... disturb our communication channel with our Creator ....

Research shows that a human mind is generating 60,000 - 80,000 of thoughts a day ... most of the time unconsciously..... and what we install and choose to accept into our memory bank really make a great different....

1. The books we choose to read 2. The music we choose to listen 3. The person we choose to contact with .... 4. The emotion we choose to feel .... all the senses that record our memory , guard them well and choose them wisely .

Go closer to nature , love the nature more and more , take good care of our Mother Earth ... Love animals more and understand that they are being created to share the space here with us and assist us to make earth a better place .... Meditate ..... Meditate ..... Meditate ........ And get in touch with our silent SELF ....

Be .... Just be..... Be a passionate LOVER where ever we go.

One of the most commonly asked questions when counseling .... " WHO AM I ? ''

Many times people complaint that no one around them truely understand and know them, but when I asked them : '' so Who are you ? Do you really understand yourself ? ''....

That person will turned into silent and wordless .....

Even we are living sooooooooo long with this energy we call ourselve and yet we don't truly understand him or her at all, then how do we expect people around to understand us ?

Then how normally we explain this word '' ourselve '' ..... - our past experiences, our relatives and friends....... our belief .... ..... . when we gather all these information we explain the word '' ourselve ''...... but that is just the above mentioned info.... or even just the info of this life ..... how about our many many pervious lives ...... how about the SELF who is living else where now ..?

We are energy being and everything in this Universe is Energy .... Energy attracts ... affect .... changes .... everytime .....

If you are coming to explain the word by using those info then please choose your choices that affecting you wisely . Check who are you with always ? who are you listening to .... who are you following ? ..... ( Funny right end of the day you will find out that you are all the adding up of your experiences and beliefs ) .... Good thing is you have your choice to choose ..... The other hand is " Is that really YOU ?''

Since we can't really answer who we really are . So maybe that question should be rephased as " Who do I want to be ? ''

People ask me many questions regarding " LOVE Making "... during counseling ... And frankly speaking there is no really a 100% true answer for all the questions, people are different.... and we all got to know that not everyone is like us .

Communication and interaction are the important key to make a relationship healthy . Understanding, forgiveness and acceptance bring both people closer to each other.

Love making is a huge and unique topic and is a very important connection and interaction channel between 2 lovers ...

Learn how to love and make love to ourselves is very important ... If one can't love themselves and don't know how to make love to themselves then how can they expect others to love them and make love to them . Clear whatever blockage in our mind regarding love making and '' Fire up '' our love life ...

MAKING LOVE to ourselves means everything you can think of and imagine getting truely intimate and in LOVE with yourself ;)

Most of the people live in their past and future ....... They see and judge situation based on their past experiences , living in resentment and refused to forgive and step on .... and always fear and worry abou their future ......

Past experiences help us to learn the wisdom in life and taught us how to forgive others ....especially ourselves ....

And the future is a total mystery that will keep changing when we make our decision and action NOW...... Planning is good but planning with faith and joy rather than fear and worry ....

And the only time we have in control is NOW ...... and if one wish to have a peaceful and joyful future one must live every second of the NOW to the fullest , because the future is made up of all the NOW we have ..

Love and in Peace during every NOW and the FUTURE will come smiling to you ;)

Most of us wish to be better , or even the BEST .....
But someone may think that in order the be good , they got to make people "BAD".... Or in order to win , you got to make people loose ...
Making people into enemies and start "fighting" , wasting energy in making people wrong , will not bring one glory , happiness and respect .....

Who and what are we really " fighting " for ........ ?

If we so called "WIN" ..... what is the price or prize we are getting .... ?

The real one challenge we are handling is our EGO , not by " fighting " ..... but by accepting and balancing ..... through love and kindness ....

If you are pressing someone down , you got to stay low too .....

So , the true person to " WIN " is our own SELF .... the way to move up is by aiming to pull people up ..... if the mindset is pulling people up then one got to move up and stay ahead , STOP " fighting " .... START " HELPING ".....

Most of the people trying hard to have a positive mind ...... I did put in a lot of effort for a very long time for that .... but sometime the harder I tried , the further the goal walked away from me...

Now, I understand it is easier to achieve a peaceful mind and the feeling is very pleasant..... than trying so hard to be positive when things don't appear to be the way we want it to be ....

Example : When you be good and care for people , but they still make you wrong ..... It is really hard to think and to be positive during this situation.... But if you truly done your best for the good of others , then your heart should be calm and at peace .... and there is no need to try to defend anything at all ...

'' If you are wrong you don't have the right to be angry , if you are right you don't need to be angry ''....

At the End of the day as long as we have done our best toward those people , we should only have peace in our heart .... and that is enough ....

A truely peaceful heart is the only thing we can bring with us at the end of our life joureny ......

Train well but don't over do it .... training should be fun and challenging , slowly make it a habit and let it last forever . Grow ... keep it growing , one of the Universal law - '' Thing which is not growing will start to die ..."

Eat well , have a balance diet , if you are training very hard then you got to take good supplement for growth and recovery .... Drink plenty of clean water througout the day :) ... Eat at the right time will helps a lot ... Breakfast , first meal of the day ...

1- Clean water ( your body has not been hydrated for more than 7 hours )....

2- Light and easy to digest food ( just to warm up our body system )

10-12pm EAT THE BEST MEAL of the day !!!!! Our digestive system is at it peak during this period , eat well and your body will absord better .

Have a good habit while eating ... Be FOCUS !!! Be SILENT !!!!!

drink only a bit of warm drink during meal ... and remember FRUIT before FOOD .....

Rest well - Best time to sleep 10pm - 2am , body will enter its detox and cleansing period .... Try to sleep early :)

Feel good - Try not to judge anyone , any situation .... thats include yourself :) .... Be kind to everyone and you too :)

Our body rebuild and grow better when we are able to live and rest well :) .... Cheer up and live a good live ...

Don't look back ...

Don't look back if your aim is to move forward ...... One of the reason a person can't improve spiritually is due to the habit of keep looking BACKWARD ... Example - Driving - if you want to drive forward , don't keep stepping on the brake or keep switching to the reverse gear ...

The main aim one going for spiritual counselling and looking for a spiritual coach or reading books is to ADVANCE - moving forward spiritually , normally if a counselor facing such a case and asking me for advice , my suggestion will be - stop coaching and counselling the case and just let him or her be .... '' Why " ????? Because that person is not really ready or even wish to step forward ...

WHO will be ready for that ????

When the really ready student is ready , the teacher will appear ....

Nobody coach and counsel Buddha and Jesus .... they just TRUELY WANTING to be wise and consciously aware ..... and They just become ENLIGHTENED ..

The truth is if a person really really really really DESIRE for something so sincerely ...... he will never fail ..... At least SPIRITUALLY never FAIL .....

Why a person can't step up firmly ??

1. self doubt

2.fear

3.guilt

4.ego....

When the person is having the above 4 factors , it is going to be a challenge for him to move forward at all ... no matter who he find , what he does , how many books he read ....... with that 4 factors .... he will be almost certainly not going to moving up spiritually ...

How to get rid of the 4 factors ?

The only person that can help us is not GOD .... not Jesus .... not Buddha ..... ........

IS OURSELVE !!!!!! YES !!!!! OURSELVE !!!!!!!!! FAITH , PEACE , HARMONY , JOY and LOVE ( The SPIRITUAL energy ) is only TRUE , and can TRUELY come TRUE to us when we are able to give it to ourselve .... If one is going to wait for someone or something or some special moment to happen in order to experience them .... then'' They'' are really FAR AWAY from that person ....

If a person can't find God in everywhere , in every person , in everything , at every moment ....... that person can't find GOD anywhere ...

A so-called healthy human body once it gets a cut , the first thing the body react is to get it healed , and make it strong , or even STRONGER .... all the scar and injuries when it healed , it become stronger ..

If we wish to understand the way to live life well , we got to know the Universal Law , flow with it , in it , so we can flow through that energy and to manifest what we want ....

If a person go against it .... :-

1. Imagine this , you got a cut and you refuse to let it heal up , you keep forcing the scar to open up , keep tearing it apart ..... soon the injured part will get infected .... ( That is the warning sign ) ... if you keep not letting the healing to ocurr ....... soon and soon .... the infection will take the part of your body away , and even your life ....

2. Training our body is the same , as we exercise , parts of our muscle will tear , that is the sign to tell us to rest and let HEALING and BUILDING take place .... people who go against the Law will soon suffer injuries and weakness in their body ..... even they may have the delusion of becoming stronger for a short while .... soon ...soon ... they will see the truth ...

Yes ... To heal ... To forgive and be stronger , wiser .... is one of the UNIVERSE LAW ... comply with it and it will make us STRONGER ...

To kill , to fight is the natural instinct of animals - Human being has the gift as well .... Nobody is require to learn from a Master for that reasons ......

The true reasons for practicing the WAY :

I was jogging and the leftover body of an insect which had just tranformed into something else caught my attention .... Yes , everything changes and transform , even an insect understand and flow through it with peace .
Can you imagine if the insect refused to change and accept things as it is .... Do you think it will survive ?.....

There are people who refuse to accept change , and insist life as it should be ... resisting of the Law of the Universe will cause unneccesary suffering ... try to look into the mirror , nothing stays , everything is different , even our body cells keep changing every second ...
Don't resist change , flow through it with peace and harmony ... look for opportunities to make the best out of it , think and do things that empower you ...

Searching and searching .... everywhere ... asking too much questions and forgotten to be in silence in order to receive the answers ... looking and finding from outside and forgotten the answer is all from within ....

Searching for the ENLIGHTENED TEACHERS .... but forgotten to prepare the ready STUDENT .........

Calling out for everyone .... anyone.... for HELP .... and forgotten the only person that can really help ME is MYSELF .....

I have been quieting down for awhile ... learning , doing counseling and sharing and teaching knowledge to other being , ...

When I was young , playing with paper dolls was my favourite pass time .... ... I would dressed it up , gave it a name and character ... everything ..... everything around my dolls I would provide ..... .....

Imagine this thing ...

One day , the paper dolls thought they make everything themselves and start to hold on to everything , ... they start to turn hungry for everything they come in contact with ... to the extent of harming others in order to gain what they want .... they get angry ... and hate everyone whom they think are against them .... .... .... forgotten ... just forgotten ... what they need to do is just so simple ..... stay in Peace , Harmony , Joy and Love , and I will provide everything they need ....

Or sometime the other way round , I played the doll so much that I forgotten my true SELF ....?

Many People are like ( Paper dolls ) or the I .... .... forgotten their True SELF ... and mistaken that I am the dolls I was playing ....

Stop Fighting and Hating , start Loving and Forgiving ... and you can see your TRUE SELF and realise how powerful YOU REALLY ARE ...

Speed and competition stress people up ...Why are we rushing ? Who or what are we actually fighting for ?.... Can we really get what we want happily by fighting or stressing ...?

People ask me , why I am don't seem to worry about the future ? Why am I not planning for it and prepare for the worst ? ....

1. Future = to many '' NOW " adding together .... if you spend all the NOW worrying and living in fear , then what you are getting is a FUTURE full of worries and fear ..

2.Planning is not equal to worrying ..... Planning is looking ahead , understand your next move ....

3. Good planning = to 100% positive thought .... and leave no room for negative thinking ... Try not to think and live in " WHAT IF ?" .... because the " WHAT IF ?" will normally come true ...

Slow down , view our life and listen to our heart closely ... spend more quiet time with ourselve in the nature , soon we may notice the " better meaning of living '' ....

Is life really a suffering ?

To me life is not a form of suffering at all , it is a form of privilage for enjoyment of learning ... Many human trying so hard to become a spiritual being .... , to me , we are actually a spritual being experiencing and learning human experiences ..

Human body is like an air plane with 3 pilots in it , - Mind , Body and Soul .... which one is sitting on the main seat directing and flying the plane will determine your life experience , and the veiw point you see and feel your life now ..

Life is not a suffering at all , is a person view point and perception of life that make it different ..

Example : I saw a people who are not financial rich and a body which is not healthy laugh out with joy and moving around helping others ... I saw people who are financial rich and healthy complaining life never treat them well and they are angry most of the time ....

The quality of life is not from the ''outer'' .... but the ''inner '' ....

Is it alright to want and get things in life , but is the craving and the desire to control it which cause the SUFFERING .......

This is the universe that we can't control from the '' outer '' .... This is the universe we that we can feel content and be grateful from '' inner '' ...

Life is GREAT !!!! Learn it WELL !!!!

Living and experiencing life is a choice ... how a person wish to live his or her life no one can interfere .....

Why people want to do " Things which are not right and cause trouble to themselve ... " ?

My answer is simple .... there maybe a lack of LOVE in that person somewhere somehow , if you love yourself and you really love the world you will never want to create trouble to them .....
And only when a person who know how to love himself or herself , know how to love others ....

If you are doing something not right and may cause trouble to others ..... hold on and ask yourself why are you doing that and do you really love yourself ...

Be loving and pass the love around .... Don't do things that hurt the world .... And actually you are part of the World ...

How to attract the " $ " I need .. ?

This is one of the main reasons why people came and look for me for assistance ...

1. Understand what is your ACTUAL veiw toward money ..

Example : " A " work very hard to earn money , and he just can't keep them ..... during the counseling session , we understand that deep within him he was repeated told that money is the root of evil and sin ..... '' No one want to be the bad guy , with that belief it was totally impossible for him to build wealth .

After we went through the process of clearing the negative energy and replace the positive energy , he veiw and belief changed , from then " A " was able to earn up to 4 times of his former salary ..

2. What and how a person speaks to himself regarding about this topic ? .... Human always talk to themselve , be it in words or thoughts - that is a form on self affirmation ...

Check is it positive ?

The more you think that you are lack of it .... the more you will lose it ... What a person constantly think of will " EXPAND " ...

Wealth is a form of energy field too .... Energy react and attract to Energy ....

A lot of people ask me," can I help this person for this and that ? " .... ... The answer is ,'' Yes , if the person is willing to help and believe in self too ...''

My ability to assist my clients to change their destiny come from the faith of my cilents ... and their believe in themselve and me ....

No one and No thing can help anyone if that anyone don't really want to help themselve .....

Suffering come from negative emotion such as : guilt , anger , resentment .... they will cause one to attract and create accident , illness and bad situation toward self ... no one can assist that person , because that is a self punishment ... certain people do it consciously ... YES ! I mean they do it consciously .... but most people are unconsciously doing it ...

This is a inter-dependence world .... ..... but the first move got to be initiated by self and constant effort got to be applied in order the let the new BELIEF take over .... ....

Belief give birth to Thought , Thought give birth to Action , Action give birth to DESTINY ....... ......

What belief are you carrying with you ? Does it serve you well ? Or it is cause you to " suffer '' ... ?

Is life a KARMA ? Or is it a DRAMA ?.... ....

The truth on being positive ...

Being positive not just in the '' NOW '' ...... ..... consciously and constantly we need to clear the PAST negative thoughts and energy as well : - So that the negative energy from the past will not attract the similar events into our '' NOW ''.... and FUTURE ....

Our mind is like a magnet .... and a lot of us believe and experienced that we happened to be living lives many times .... our body dies , but our mind never .... The mind remember the experience of all events , sometime it get confused ... ( spiritual counseling is advised , during this moment )

Once the mind think and feel , the mind starts to create and attract the similar energy to Him or Her .....

Can the mind be 100% positive ? Can you clear all negative experiences and energy from the past .... the PAST ... ? If you can ,that will be great !!!!! I believe during that moment no '' bad things '' will happen to you ....

If not , things will still be moving a little bit up and down , high and low ..... a good mental condition will be able to stay calm and see opportunities during the period of challenges .

Positive mindset doesn't mean will never have any challenges in life , it does mean that you will be dealing with it calmly , a better result and experience will definately follow.

Live well in every single " NOW " .... at the same time Forgive and learn from the ''PAST ''experiences .... with that your '' FUTURE '' will be even more fun to experience .

Being positive the right way ...

How to be positive the right way ? ..... How it will go wrong ? ....

Case 1 : " A " had a choice to choose not to go to an " unstable " country for tour , but he did , went his friend ask him why he did that , his answere was , " Teacher said we got to be positive always ... "

I did susgested people to be positive always , think , speak , listen and observe the positive angle of all situation ... , but I never susgest anyone to put their faith and belief to test .... If there is a choice we will always choose to be safe , then sorry .

Example : - In my special force days , I was required to deal with very powerful explosive under minium safety measure , we need to do that because it was the only option during operation . For that situation , I must be always positive and leave no room for nonsense .... I have no choice ... If I could choose I will never want to touch an explosive at all ....

We must not live in fear . But never put ourselve in a risky situation and try to think calm ....

Be positive the " positive'' way .

Someone asked me regarding about the purpose of Christmas , is it a season for giving ? Because everyone is buying present for someone .... The word " for giving is quite right , we need to join the 2 words into 1 ,... That is FORGIVING .... is not about present , is about LOVE ...

Christmas ...... 25th Dec is the day what people believe Jesus was borned ... One of the purpose Jesus was here during that time was to teach the world about LOVE and FORGIVENESS ...

We are here to experience the life of human , and 1 of the characteristic of human is they are not perfect , and they will feel guity after that , then they will punish themselve for that ....

The solution for that is " FORGIVENESS " ... ...

If the world understand and practice LOVE and FORGIVENESS ... There will definately be less war , accident , illness and crime ....

To love and forgive someone who treat us well is simple .... what Jesus taught us using His own life is not that ... ... When a person is able to love and forgive someone who ''harmed and hurted '' them , that is the true LOVE and FORGIVENESS ...

Along our path as a human being , we definately will do something wrong and hurted someone .... .... most of us will wish and hope for the forgiveness of that person ..... ..... but are we willing to give love and forgiveness to the person who hurted us ...

When a person keep harted in his heart , he will attract harted to himself ...

Give out love and forgiveness and they will come back to you ....

Winning makes one feel good , but if ego kicks in , it will be very destructive ... ... Who are we really winning ? Who are we really losing to ?

What and why are we fighting for ? Do we really need to fight in order to own something ? Do we really own it when we hurt someone else ? Can one own a thing positively if they do negative things to others ? ..... ...

Case for thought : A fighter moved around fighting others for medals and titles ... he struck so hard that cracked the faces of all his opponents ... .... people named him " The Undefeated Iron fist " .... ... 5 years later , he went to challenge a man , he threw punches after punches , kicks after kicks ..... and they were all missed ... ..... not a single one got close to the man , he tried and tried , aiming so hard with all his strength wanting to defend his titles .... ...... he threw the attack non-stop .... and suddenly , he felt a tap on his head , the man said : '' Ok , you win , I got to go and do my job ..... '' { The man chop trees and make them into wood and sell to the villages }

The fight stopped , the fighter won again ...... a week later , as he was walking along the road beside the forest , he heard someone was chopping the trees , he went closer to take a look and was shocked that the man he fought a week ago was chopping trees and breaking them into pieces using his palm { His family was so poor that they don't have money to buy an axe , since young that man was trained to break trees with his palm .... }

Who really win ? Who really lose ? What is the true purpose and meaning of winning ? .... ...... Is it to please and to tell the whole world that you are able ??? If one day you never do well , then what ? ? Will it make you a loser ?

There is a greater purpose in life beside winning ? And true winning doesn't mean that we got to be ahead of someone ..... or we got to own something .....

The BASIC reason and purpose of SELF DEFENCE ....

The most basic reason of self defence is to keep safe and stay alive .... not to engage the attacker or attackers if there is an option to back off ...

No matter how good you think you are , you can't tell the standard of another person you don't understand .... to engage in that situation will put one life at risk for no good reason ... we will never engage a fight if there is an option of dis-engagement ..... especially with someone that you don't know at all is not easy to gain victory '' ....

Example : Never chase a snatch theft alone .... ....

One of my student's handphone was snatched ... and people asked her whether she gave chase ? And why I never teach them to defend their property ???

I teach self defence for students to defend againt their GREATEST PROPERTY - their life ...... STAYING ALIVE is more important than anything else ....

Miko ... my 15 years old pug helped me to realise something that many people know .... but not many REALISE ...... ...........
As I showered him in the morning , his fur is dropping and water washed them away , it reminded me that how old was Miko ... and how fast time flew ... .... his body was getting weaker and weaker everyday due to old age ... .... and soon his life will pass on ..... .... and like JJ my chihuahua who passed away almost 2 years ago .... .... will turn to dust and join back into the nature - EARTH ....

Human body I am in now , is the same like them ... .... the earth provide all the food we eat, and from those food we are formed .... we came to this earth naked , with NOTHING ... and we are go to leave with NOTHING ..... .... Everything we figth for - the house ... the money .... the woman and man ..... is make from dust and will be ended up turning back into dust .... ...so what are we really fighting for .... ???

Is ok and alright to work hard to earn something ..... .... but over craving for it , till we do negative stuff will cause alot of unneccesary pain and suffering not just to ourselves , but to the energy of this universe as a whole .... .....

Life is not about fighting for more , it is about being happy of what we are having ... .... and when you are able to do that , you don't need to FIGHT for more any longer, because the MORE will just come to you .....

Count our blessing ... don't take them for granted ....

Life cycle is like water running in the stream , it runs toward the big ocean .... it must be always in constant moving flow , changing form after form '' liquid to vapour in the air and liquid back to earth '' moving in a circle ... even when we don't see it , it is around us ....

If one treated an experience as bad and refused to learn and forgive , it will be like a clog of sand blocking the flow , and will keep blocking the same sands and rocks till the stream stop to flow and form a still dirty pond ..... the pond will be there years after years .... until one day a mini crack cut through it and slowly flow through bit by bit constantly to remove those sands and rocks ..... and soon the stream will flow freely again in the the big open ocean .....

If a person refuse to learn and forgive a life experience the negative energy will soon start to clog up the life flow and attract the similar experience again and again ( no matter how far you try to escape ..no matter how much you try to change outside your life...the experience will reform itself infront of you , reason is because the so called negative energy is actually within us ... so the realization got to be from there as well ..)... aches , pains ,diseases , accidents ...are actually an alarm system that trying to wake us up to learn and unclog the flow ... Teachers and counsellors can only lead us there ... we are the one who must use our energy flow to unclog it bit by bit . - Unclogging means learning from the experience with positive mind set , and get the wisdom out from it ... ( Just like the disease we called cancer ... is build up in this manner ... is from within .... yet people try so hard to find doctors to treat from the outside ... and always what the doctors tell them is that the disease is INCURABLE .... Yes and they are RIGHT !!!!! From outside they can't do much ..... Only the person who build and create it from within can undo it FROM WITHIN !!!!!!!!!!!! ) ...

How about we die ? Will death stop the experience .. ?

I don't think so .... liquid will become vapour in the air and soon turn into rain and rain drops fall back into the clogged dirty still pond and to experience the process again ... Only when one awakened and willingly learn and forgive the matter and send it away with positive energy , till then wisdom will be learnt and the flow will be moving into the big blue ocean again....

Take time to quiet down and look closely and deeply within ourselves ... how many still dirty ponds are there in our heart ... and when are we ready to unclog it ? .... Try to start slowly and take a step at a time .... don't worry because TIME is what we have and is FOREVER ......... we will always come back in other lives to unclog it ....

I was away for a short while , and during those time alone I did realize and learned a lot from the quiet momemt ...

Part 1 - Is always the same ..... why worry ?

2 elderly persons were talking , " A " told " B " how worried she was when she watched the news , that the world is in a mess ....

" B " smiled and answered , " I have been living for almost 80 years and the world was always like that , sometime war ... sometime diseases ... sometime economic down fall ... sometime terrorists will do something .... Nothing different .. is always the same old things ... is normal ... why worry ?

Part 2 - Why focus on those things which are not nice ? ..

I love to take picture , and I take almost anything that I come across... one day as I was taking the picture of a dirty drain behind a very nice shopping mall .. An elder lady stopped , looked and said this ... " I always saw people taking only nice pictures and photo ... I never seen people taking picture at that kind of things ... and I don't think it is nice .....

Yes ... I have only one shot at a time .... one focus , one click and the image stays forever .... why am I focusing and want to leave the image which is not nice in the space called " Forever " ? ....

Conclusion of my realization ..

There are always things happening around us .... good and not so good ... never change , always happening ... and there is what human called " NORMAL " ... why wasting our precious time worrying on the " NORMAL " stuff ???

Most of the situation are 2 sided , we will always have the choice to choose what we want to focus , see and remember - why not choose the beautiful side of it and empower ourselves ?

Take good care of what we are thinking ... because when we focus on it , it will expand ... and will grow ....

We are living in this unique place call EARTH ..... the reason we are here is to learn the subjects we have chosen before we were borned.. I don't mean you can simply run around naked and sit there do nothing .... I mean you just need to be relax , do things with joy , love and peace , have faith and the best for you will be with you on the right time ... is like how our heart and lung do their job .... we just need to do our simple tasks - rest , eat , exercise then be happy and they will simply do the rest for us ..

Some people who are close to me will understand and witnessed what I mean ... or maybe you also had experienced " THE MAGIC MOMENT '' ... we certainly are able to create it again ...

READ and UNDERSTAND the following properly , because that will change your life totally from the moment you start to practice it....

There is a chef who is making a dish , he use ingredients like red and green pepper , pepper powder , mini chillies , curry powder ....... what will be the taste of the dish at the end ?

Another dish the ingredients - he adds - honey , sugar , sweet potatoes .... what will the taste of the dish be ????

If the intention of the chef is to make a sweet dish but he keeps adding hot spicy ingredients .... do you think the dish will turn out to be sweet ???

We are the chef , the ingredients are the ways we treat , feel , think , act , be and lead our every moment " NOW '' and the dish is our " FUTURE " .... .... you can get the magic in it ???

After training in more than 6 different forms of Martial Art for more than 22 years , I was frequently asked about this question - Do you think you can defeat so and so from where and where ????

My answer is - If a Martial Artist only thinks about fighting so and so to win , then most probably he is a person who lose the most ......

The true purpose of Martial Art is not for defeating anyone out there .... but to win the only one within YOU !!!! Your EGO !!!!

Everyone know how to swing punches and kicks to hurt someone ...... everyone knows how to fight ... even a stray animal knows how to do it ... you don't need to look for a Sifu to teach you .....

You can't win by returning a fist from a fist .... that will only cause more hurt and hatred .....

When in a sparring session - when you can win , don't hurt your friend , when you can't win , admit it and train harder , learn from the better one .... you can try hard , but don't let your EGO takes you over ...

A True Martial Artist build their character , train up their body , mind and spirit to be a good person in life , they never win by hurting someone weaker than him .... never win by losing their temper and they will never let EGO take over their mind ....

The only person that you want to win is YOU !!!!! YOUR EGO !!!!!

What a person focus constantly is what he is attracting .. Then we really got to check and think our thoughts properly ...

A lot of people were being brought up in a critical and abusive environment .... so most of the mind is being conditioned to think and feel that we are not good enough ... we are not worthy for anything good ...

Normally a mind conditioned in this manner will be thinking negative thoughts most of the time .. WHAT YOU FOCUS IS WHAT WILL EXPAND !!!

Don't blame our parents , because they too were brought up in this manner ... that was their best way to treat and educate their children ...

To make sure that we don't pass down those manner of coaching , we got to claim back our power .... notice and realize that we are adult now and the control is within us , WE GOT TO RE-COACH OURSELVE in a loving and encouraging way ..

Learn from the past and just let it PASS !!!!

No matter what other people think and say about you is NOT IMPORTANT at all !!! You MUST NEVER CRITICISE and LOOK DOWN upon youself ....

Fat is a protective layer in the body to keep us safe and warm ...

Everybody need it ... It is just like the " bullet proof vest " of a special force member ...

When I was in the SF , we do have certain types of bullet vest ... different level for resistance to different calible of bullets and firearms ..

If there is an operation to arrest a gun man with a small hand gun and you see a member wearing a vest to resist a powerful machine gun ... What does it tells you about the inner world of that person ?

Does he feel safe ? Does he feel strong ? Does he has fear ? Does he have faith ? How he feels about the surrounding and friends around him ?

Only ourselve can really give faith and calmness to our own ... Look within us ... what caused this to happened ? Why we still hold on to the past and living it ? Does it really serve us well ? When do you intend to let it rest ?

Overloading ourselve .... what are the reasons behind it ? To scare people off ? To tell people we are scared ? To make us walk slowly and safely ? To make us not walking ? ... To stop us from moving on ? ...

Is ok to gain some weight ... but if the body starts to grow thicker without control ... that may not be healthy ....

The short term solution is to go on diet ... exercise plan ..... go gym ... get trainer .... .... but if the mind and spirit never move out from the " scary past" .... the problem will still return ...

To me :

Martial - connected with fighting or war ....

Art - the use of imagination to express ideas or feeling ....

Skill , tactics and techniques use in combat .... in real combat situation everything is applicable . From all sorts of strikes , throws , take down , sweeps ... joint locks , armed and unarmed , from standing to ground work ..... is a skill of survival during engagement in a combat situation ... it suppose to be formless ....

It suppose to educate human in self defence , self defence not just in physical , but mental and spiritual .....

But due to human's ego and thinking that everyone must have their own identity ... they split it up .... ... and called it many different names .... and start to fight against one another .... Even when they are in the so called "same name "... people still fight among themselves .....

Hope that one day human will give the MARTIAL ART it's TRUE MEANING ....

Our human mind has Conscious and Subconscious division ..

I believe that subconscious mind is so much stronger and powerful compare to the conscious side of it .... some scientists said that the ability of " Subcon " is around 30000 times stronger than the " Con " ... which means : if consciously Mr A is able to lift up 100 kg of weight , then subconsciously Mr A will be able to lift up to 100 * 30000 kg of weight ....

In martial art and sport world , we practice drills after drills in order to let the techniques be programmed into our " Subcon " mind .... and research shows that " Subcon " is more than 5 times faster than the " Con " mind ... If Mr A " Con " reaction time is 1 second , then his " Subcon " reaction time will be 5 times much faster than " Con " mind ..

Our " Subcon " is very good in taking our command .... whatever we constantly feed the " Subcon " , they will take it in as real and send the wave energy to the universe , and soon what we think will turn into reality in our own world ....

So .... we have a so-called '' wonderful tool '' with us , if we programme it correctly it will be able to assist us in accomplishing the greater good in our lives .

NOW !!!! The key is simple : NEVER !!!! NEVER !!!!! NEVER !!!!!! Feed any negative information to your " Subcon " .... through all means .

Reprogramme them by clearing away the negative memories , learn from them and start to feed and take in only all good and positive information , soon you will be able to see great things happen in your own world .

Forgiveness is one of the best way to stay happy and strong ..

Forgiveness ..... is an easy word , which require great courage to be applied , especially to the person who caused us " great hurt " .....

What was done could not be undone ..... dwelling in the feeling of hatred and unforgiveness will only cause us more pain , greater suffering and soon illnesses ...
I suggest we remain calm ... review the incidents again ... learn the wisdom in it .... forgive the incident ... forgive the person involved and most importantly forgive ourself ... release the negative feeling and energy in it and step on ...

Nothing can be forgotten , but they can be forgiven .... Only through true forgiveness we are able to see the true wisdom in an incident .

Ask ourself : '' what was the thought in our mind that let us attract the incident ....''

Take full responsibility of it ! Yes ! FULL RESPONSIBILITY !!!!! = The ability to RESPONSE .... We can only change and take charge of what is belong to us , pushing the blame to someone else only make us become a weak and helpless victim ..... Victim only suffer ..... So if you want to solve it , take full responsibility of it and change .... Look at the bright side , learn , forgive and step on .

Lots of time we heard people saying this : we reap what we sow .....

But I believe we do reap what other people sow for us as well .. " Seeds here meaning the thought that being planted in the sub-conscious mind " .. Certain time we called this process " Mental Conditioning " .. When is the process most effective ?

1. When in great pain

2. When being unconscious

3. When in great emotional unstability state

4. When we are young , normally childhood period

5. Influence by our parents and close relatives

6. Influence by authority figures

7. By keep repeating through our senses

Etc ..... above mentioned are the more common types

It will lead us to believe in certain things . What people choose to believe always appear true in their world , your world is shaped by your thoughts . It will cause us to behave in certain ways consciously and even unconsciously .....

I do believe in " Angels " .... they are in 2 forms ...

1. You feel them . Do u ever have this encounter before ?
When you are alone and feeling down .... suddenly , you sense a cool breeze and a calm feeling surrounding you .... I feel that is angels keeping you company ...

2. You see them in human form .... sometime ... when you see someone who is simple and full of loving kindess . Simple things will make them happy and contented , stress and worry is never exist in their world ( or seldom exist ) ... I am quite sure that person is an angel . But when that person starts to change into the opposite ..... he / she will lost the angel in them .

If you are an Angel ..... keep it . Don't loose the Angel in you .

Angel ...... to me is a calm and peaceful energy , it is align with our " Spirit Compass " always pointing the the direction of peace , love and Joy .... nothing can go wrong when this form of energy is present .

Everyone has angels surrounding them and even in them . Just that most of the time we are too stressed up ... too worry .... too negative ... to be aware . I believe that most of the time the energy with the similar frequence attract one another ....

What is Spiritual Counseling ?

People always say that , ..... Body ... Mind .... Soul " Spirit " ....

Body consist of our organs ..... bone ... etc .... etc .....

Mind is how we think and see things ..... our thought .... and it is always affected by 1. Friends , 2.Significant others , 3. Parents , 4. Our personal experiences and how we interpret it ....

I personally feel that the mind has a " Mind " of itself .... do you ever keep thinking of something and you are so disturbed by it , till you tell yourself to stop .... but it still keep poping out ?

Soul - " Spirit " ...there are so many names given to it ... is something there " in us " .... similar to our "Source" , always present , calm . And it's compass always pointing to " PEACE and JOY " .....

The 3 elements are connected in a certain way and sometime disconnected ..... When the " disconnection " happened is just like 1 person is being split into 3 portions..... that is really " NOT a GOOD " feeling ...

Spiritual Counseling is not based on any religion ..... because no matter who you are , where you are from , what you do ....... Peace and Joy is where your compass always pointing .. When it is out of alignment , we get confused , things get messed up ....

I have many cases that come to me due to " Ghostly matter " ..... As mentioned in our previous discussion, " Ghost " is just the " unrest Spirit " .... just like you and me their compass require to get aligned , and when it is done , they will move on .

What to look for if you are choosing a Martial Art to protect yourself ?

For me to suggest that :

1 . The art should have certain form of discipline training , to train up a person character to be good and humble . "A Best fight is always a NO FIGHT at all " .... in Self defence .

2. Self defence is about keeping safe and avoid trouble as much as possible . " RUN " away from it is always the 1st option .

3. It should be able to train up the person in Combat Mental and Physical Conditioning , Armed and Unarmed techniques and tactics .

When one wish to learn how the defence against it ... one got to know how it is being applied ...

Example : If one wish to learn how to defence from a choke , then one got to know what elements make a choke effective . Then when defencing against it one just need to stop those elements from taking place .... or just by " breaking off those elements " will be able to let one escape .

Face is the part of our body we use to face the society day in day out .... Our emotion ..... Our inner feeling ....... all is being shown here ....

What is the purpose of the " OIL " on our face ?

1. To give us the "shine " .... shine to catch attention ...

2. To make us look young ...

Why must look young and shine ... ? To catch attention of another party or parties . To attract " LOVE " ..... ( My person view )

So if too much " OIL " is being produced ....... Is just telling that the " longing of LOVE is over flowing ..... " - Please read " Spiritual Compass " .... get it in balance

Check out this : - most of the old people , when they feel that they don't need or unable to attract " LOVE " - MAN and WOMAN type of relationship ... their face start to turn very dry ... dull and not shiny anymore .... This happen to my cases who their view point of " LOVE relationship " is exteremely negative ..... and they even feel and find it HOPELESS ..... - soon that may affect their KINDEYS as well ... we will discuss it next time ...

What is LOVE ? .... Different people see it , feel it , look at it differently ....

A lot of Spiritual Leaders touched on this topic ..... Spiritual love ... Godly love ..... Does this type of love really exist in this world now ?

I believe so ... but not so many people are able to experience it . When there is a " Right " provider ...... there need to be a " Right " reciever ....

Try this .... close your eyes and relax ... think of this : the " Nature " love us and it provides us a lot of things without asking any thing in return ...

At least we should be happy that we have the LOVE of Nature surrounding you and me ...

There are so many form of version of LOVE people named it ....

For me .. Love is able to share peace and joy with the one close to you .

Will it last forever ?

..... ...... cherish every single moment and live it to the fullest .... ( Nothing really last in this universe ) ....

Be more Forgiving .... nothing can be forgotten but things can be FORGIVEN ... Try to find ways to live in harmony with your close one ...

Set up a good ''communication channel'' for one another Eg . plan at least once a week to get really close and quiet , go and do whatever both really enjoy doing .... take time and interest to understand your love ..... listen and observe ..... create a balance path with your partner .

Do something .... but don't over do it , or else it may cause certain form of " side effort " .. Eg . Love someone is good , but once that person over doing it may turn pocessive and naggy ... that normally will turn someone off ...

Loving someone is able to give him / her peace and joy ....

Spiritual Compass in you ..

Everybody has a " Spiritual Compass " in us .. Pointing the the direction of " Peace " in everything ..... At times when we go off track , we will get reminder from our body like pain , diseases , injuries and even accident ...

Everything happen in our life come with a reason .... Yes , everything .... as long as we understand what and where our " Compass " is directing us and we follow it , we will live well in this life .

Example : CASE - A person must keep studying abroad in order to avoid going home to stay with his family , he met a girl and fell in love with her ... and now if he study in school it will take away his time to see her ....

So now the CASE is in dilemma. He must decide: 1. keep studying to avoid going home ..... 2. If keep studying will have lesser time for his love .... " CONTRADICTION " ....... - The CASE got serious knee injuries ..

Our legs are what we use to move on to the direction we choose .... For my above mentioned CASE ... the strong contradiction caused him to be unable to move at all ..... so the " Compass " was out of balance , and our part of the body showed the signs ..

My suggestion .. : We can choose what we want without going through the bodily suffering ...One got to be able to talk through and stay in balance by oneself .... but normally , this is quite difficult .... ( Get a Good Counselor to assist you to sort out the thoughts ) A has to balance up the time between studying and the time with his love .... because if he ended up failing his study ... he will soon be ended up back home ... Or if he keep escaping from his school , his love will find him a irresponsible person ...

My personal view ... Time of love is more on quality and not quantity .... if one can have both , then it will be very good ... but if not , my choice will be QUALITY .... No matter how much time we have with our LOVE , live well and cherish every moment . Stay happily and peacefully with one another .

So if you have any pain , injuries or diseases now , check your " Spiritual Compass " ..... for sure there are parts of your life is getting " OUT OF BALANCE " and you are not in peace .

I always feel that the one we feel close to us " NOW " is always the "Right " one ... even though we don't think so at this moment ...

We grow wiser through experience .... and most of the time it is the " tough " one that make us .

When we have someone beside us and we still thinking of getting the " Right " one .... maybe something is not so right in our mind ....

" Always live well and live to the fullest in the NOW ... " ...

If that is a mistake .. make it the right one ....

Most of the time we are thinking of the " Right " one .... but forgotten to make ourselve " Right " to attract that person ...

And most of the time we don't even know what and how the " Right " one we want should be like ? ....

If you have someone and still feel that person is not " Right " .. Do the following exercise ?

Still down quietly and breathe well .....

Close eyes and be in silent ..

Once we feel calm , then ask this questions ...

1. What kind of character am I having now ?

.... write them down as truthfully as you can ...

Check the list you have written .... and see is the one with you now having the similar character with you ?

There will be normally these few cases ...

1. They maybe sharing the same character with you ....
Example : A enjoy eating , his partner will normally share the same love ..

2. They maybe totally opposite .... when there is strong contradiction in what you are thinking ...
Example : A is a very quiet person , but he wish to be more adventurous ... then maybe A will ended up wilth a person with a total different character with him ...

If we want the " Right " one , we got to know our own character .... and to find out what we really want without any contracdiction ...

And realize this .... sometime the person you are with now , maybe the one who is going to build you better for your future " Right " one ... So cherish every single moment , live it well and the " magic " will show you the way .. .

Jackiie : I feel that in order to enhance one eyes .... Through spiritual makeup .... One got to understand this - eyes help us to see our world around us , our mind will then " digest " , "filter" and " judge " what we see according to our past experience and our own belief .

Eyes are the part that most of us choose to view our world through our personal perception and reveal our inner world to the outer world ....

Bright eyes are not always big ... Big eyes are not always BRIGHT ... It is the " Energy " that the eyes give out that make the different .

So in order for me to " brighten " a person eyes - 1st step , got to allow one to release the negative feeling and emotion of the past experience , 2nd - to realise the wisdom of the experience , learn from it and forgive those people involved in it , specially himself or herself .

Our inner world will always be projected out through our body .... and our face is a part that will tell quite a large piece of it....

Spiritual makeup starts from DEEP INNER to OUTER ...

Once the DEEP INNER side is being handled , the outer features can be adjusted easily .

I have been training Martial Art since 13plus year old , that time I was learning Chinese Martial Art and Taekwondo .... I got my 1st black belt in Taekwondo when I was 17 years old ... I started as an assistant instructor then , and promoted to be an instructor around 19 years old .

I am 35 years old .... and I have been training in more then 4 types of Martial Arts ...

Personal Protection is about '' keeping oneself safe and alive '' ... is about taking precaution and to avoid getting into a '' fight '' .... ''an accident ''... '' etc ....

Martial Art - by right it is '' The methods and Tactic for war and combat .. '' By right it should be very comprehensive and complete ... but due to different preference of people , it was separated into different forms , believe .... different focus ....

Some prefer Strikes , some prefer Throws and locks , some prefer weapons .... some using them as sports to compete ... some use them as a tool to train for fitness and self defence , some use it as an Art to appreciate .... so ended up there are many different forms of Arts in the world now ...

Nothing to compare about them .... all depend on what you want and need it for .

Depend on one needs and the level that one wish to attain ... My personal opinion is everyone should learn and know the methods of defending oneself from harm and accident . Its always never too late or too early to know and train in Personal Protection .

My friend asked me , ''Lots of time we heard about people saying we human have '' mind '' ..'' body ''..'' soul ''.... ''

Do we really have 3 ''elements '' in us .. ?

Are they separated ?

What happen if they are separated ?

How are they separated ?

How to bring them back to '' ONENESS '' .. ?

My answer : ..... to all indiviual , whatever one believe is always right and will always be true in his / her view .. until a time when that belief does not serve their purpose and empower them anymore , then they will move on to search for another new belief ....

so choose whatever '' EMPOWER '' u and let u have '' PEACE '' in you ..

'' When the student is ready the teachers will appear ...''

Presently my opinion to my friend's question ....

Yes , I feel that we do have different elements in our body ... '' mind '' and ''soul'' are with it ....

Try this test and feel it yourself .... get quiet down , close your eyes and think of nothing at all , can u do that ? ... Most of the time the answer is not easy ... impossible ...why is it so ? ... It seem that our mind has a mind of itself ...

And most of the time it is either hanging in the PAST not FORGIVING it or Shooting too fast into the future WORRYING about it .... and most of the time getting CONFUSED in the ''NOW'' and wasting it away ...

To our Past ... is History .... it is for us to learn from in and grow wiser , nothing can be forgotten .... but it can be forgiven and learn from it... Forgive all so called '' bad experiences '' all people involved in it and most importantly , we got to forgive ourselves ... That is how we move our 1st step to a better future ..

To our Furture .... is Mystery ... I always like to use this example - the sea is made up of drops of water ... the beach is made up of bits of sand .... Our future is made up of every second of '' NOW " ..... so we really got to cherish every single second '' NOW '' and live cheerfully and peacefully ... I believe if one live every second of '' NOW '' well , he/she should have a very high chance of having a good '' FUTURE '' , comparing to one who spend the '' NOW " unwisely ...

* To move to our PAST and view our so called '' Bad experiences '' and start to learn and forgive it .... I suggest one get an experienced '' Spiritual Counselor '' , to guide through the whole process ...

At this moment, I will the following description ... ...

Our body consists of many organs and limbs ... etc - It is like a huge ''satelite station'' .... It sends and receives signals and information .

In the station there are 2 major operators .... 1- Mind and 2- Soul .... Our quality of our life is depending on which operator is '' Incharge '' of disgesting and '' sending out'' the information ..

Most of the time our ''mind'' feel that it is stand-alone and separated from everything around it, so it must fight with others , it must prove its presence , it must keep something to itself , it is always '' Hungry '' and will never satisfy ..... most of the time people called it the EGO ... and most of the time it bring forth wars , sadness , anger .... to us and the being around us .

But , I feel that it is not so .... all our '' Mind'' is always connected to everything around us .... we are able to sense all things ... most of the time it is called the '' Sixth sense '' ..... but bcos of its character ... it is always in a '' confused state '' . So only on and off we are able to receive signal from other beings . And sometime we even receiving the '' wrong '' signal or we decode it '' wrongly ...''

From time to time we will hear people saying ... we got to have a STRONG mind !!! '' ... What is that ?

To me , it means a CLEAR mind , not confused in the PAST ... not WORRYING about the FUTURE ... able to be '' STILL'' , living in the '' NOW'' and always being led or always working '' hand in hand with the SOUL ...

What is SOUL ?

We called it in a lot of different names ... Spirit ... deep inner self .. angle within us ... Holy Ghost .... ..... our true ENERGY ... ...

What is it name ... is not so important .. Where it directs us , is our main concern . It will always points us to the direction of PEACE , LOVE and JOY ..

LOVE - what I mean is unconditional LOVE .... a lot of time we called TRUE LOVE ... All ''GREAT spiritual teachers'' talked about it , but most of us can't really feel it , give it and have it , bcos most of the time we are being guided and led by our EGO mind ...

TRUE LOVE is from the energy of our so called ''SOURCE'' .... Energy that give life to everything , and make all nature serve us without asking anything in return ...

LOVE is Forgiving ... LOVE is for - giving ...
