Forgiveness is one of the best way to stay happy and strong ..


Forgiveness ..... is an easy word , which require great courage to be applied , especially to the person who caused us " great hurt " .....

What was done could not be undone ..... dwelling in the feeling of hatred and unforgiveness will only cause us more pain , greater suffering and soon illnesses ...
I suggest we remain calm ... review the incidents again ... learn the wisdom in it .... forgive the incident ... forgive the person involved and most importantly forgive ourself ... release the negative feeling and energy in it and step on ...

Nothing can be forgotten , but they can be forgiven .... Only through true forgiveness we are able to see the true wisdom in an incident .

Ask ourself : '' what was the thought in our mind that let us attract the incident ....''

Take full responsibility of it ! Yes ! FULL RESPONSIBILITY !!!!! = The ability to RESPONSE .... We can only change and take charge of what is belong to us , pushing the blame to someone else only make us become a weak and helpless victim ..... Victim only suffer ..... So if you want to solve it , take full responsibility of it and change .... Look at the bright side , learn , forgive and step on .

Our thought creates the world around us .... Be very careful of what you are feeding your mind .... How do you talk to yourself .... who are you with most of the time ..... Only choose the thought that EMPOWER us !!!!!!

A happy and joyful mind will make a strong and nice body
