Forgiveness is one of the best way to stay happy and strong ..


Forgiveness ..... is an easy word , which require great courage to be applied , especially to the person who caused us " great hurt " .....

What was done could not be undone ..... dwelling in the feeling of hatred and unforgiveness will only cause us more pain , greater suffering and soon illnesses ...
I suggest we remain calm ... review the incidents again ... learn the wisdom in it .... forgive the incident ... forgive the person involved and most importantly forgive ourself ... release the negative feeling and energy in it and step on ...

Nothing can be forgotten , but they can be forgiven .... Only through true forgiveness we are able to see the true wisdom in an incident .

Ask ourself : '' what was the thought in our mind that let us attract the incident ....''

Take full responsibility of it ! Yes ! FULL RESPONSIBILITY !!!!! = The ability to RESPONSE .... We can only change and take charge of what is belong to us , pushing the blame to someone else only make us become a weak and helpless victim ..... Victim only suffer ..... So if you want to solve it , take full responsibility of it and change .... Look at the bright side , learn , forgive and step on .

Our thought creates the world around us .... Be very careful of what you are feeding your mind .... How do you talk to yourself .... who are you with most of the time ..... Only choose the thought that EMPOWER us !!!!!!

A happy and joyful mind will make a strong and nice body

Planting and clearing of seeds ....


Lots of time we heard people saying this : we reap what we sow .....

But I believe we do reap what other people sow for us as well .. " Seeds here meaning the thought that being planted in the sub-conscious mind " .. Certain time we called this process " Mental Conditioning " .. When is the process most effective ?

1. When in great pain

2. When being unconscious

3. When in great emotional unstability state

4. When we are young , normally childhood period

5. Influence by our parents and close relatives

6. Influence by authority figures

7. By keep repeating through our senses

Etc ..... above mentioned are the more common types

It will lead us to believe in certain things . What people choose to believe always appear true in their world , your world is shaped by your thoughts . It will cause us to behave in certain ways consciously and even unconsciously .....

A lot of our beliefs are passed down by the above mentioned pointers ..... read through them thoroughly and keep only those belief that empower us .

What passed has passed , holding onto the bad memories only cause us to keep attracting negative situations toward us ..... Learn from experiences and step up to be strong and wise .

Cherish every single present and live it to the fullest , because the future is formed up by every single present .
