If you wish for people forgiveness ... forgive others

Someone asked me regarding about the purpose of Christmas , is it a season for giving ? Because everyone is buying present for someone .... The word " for giving is quite right , we need to join the 2 words into 1 ,... That is FORGIVING .... is not about present , is about LOVE ...

Christmas ...... 25th Dec is the day what people believe Jesus was borned ... One of the purpose Jesus was here during that time was to teach the world about LOVE and FORGIVENESS ...

We are here to experience the life of human , and 1 of the characteristic of human is they are not perfect , and they will feel guity after that , then they will punish themselve for that ....

The solution for that is " FORGIVENESS " ... ...

If the world understand and practice LOVE and FORGIVENESS ... There will definately be less war , accident , illness and crime ....

To love and forgive someone who treat us well is simple .... what Jesus taught us using His own life is not that ... ... When a person is able to love and forgive someone who ''harmed and hurted '' them , that is the true LOVE and FORGIVENESS ...

Along our path as a human being , we definately will do something wrong and hurted someone .... .... most of us will wish and hope for the forgiveness of that person ..... ..... but are we willing to give love and forgiveness to the person who hurted us ...

When a person keep harted in his heart , he will attract harted to himself ...

Give out love and forgiveness and they will come back to you ....

When not winning is the true winning ...

Is Winning really so important ? After winning what's next ? Keep winning ? What next ? .... .....

Winning makes one feel good , but if ego kicks in , it will be very destructive ... ... Who are we really winning ? Who are we really losing to ?

What and why are we fighting for ? Do we really need to fight in order to own something ? Do we really own it when we hurt someone else ? Can one own a thing positively if they do negative things to others ? ..... ...

Case for thought : A fighter moved around fighting others for medals and titles ... he struck so hard that cracked the faces of all his opponents ... .... people named him " The Undefeated Iron fist " .... ... 5 years later , he went to challenge a man , he threw punches after punches , kicks after kicks ..... and they were all missed ... ..... not a single one got close to the man , he tried and tried , aiming so hard with all his strength wanting to defend his titles .... ...... he threw the attack non-stop .... and suddenly , he felt a tap on his head , the man said : '' Ok , you win , I got to go and do my job ..... '' { The man chop trees and make them into wood and sell to the villages }

The fight stopped , the fighter won again ...... a week later , as he was walking along the road beside the forest , he heard someone was chopping the trees , he went closer to take a look and was shocked that the man he fought a week ago was chopping trees and breaking them into pieces using his palm { His family was so poor that they don't have money to buy an axe , since young that man was trained to break trees with his palm .... }

Who really win ? Who really lose ? What is the true purpose and meaning of winning ? .... ...... Is it to please and to tell the whole world that you are able ??? If one day you never do well , then what ? ? Will it make you a loser ?

There is a greater purpose in life beside winning ? And true winning doesn't mean that we got to be ahead of someone ..... or we got to own something .....

The BASIC reason and purpose of SELF DEFENCE ....

The most basic reason of self defence is to keep safe and stay alive .... not to engage the attacker or attackers if there is an option to back off ...

No matter how good you think you are , you can't tell the standard of another person you don't understand .... to engage in that situation will put one life at risk for no good reason ... we will never engage a fight if there is an option of dis-engagement ..... especially with someone that you don't know at all is not easy to gain victory '' ....

Example : Never chase a snatch theft alone .... ....

One of my student's handphone was snatched ... and people asked her whether she gave chase ? And why I never teach them to defend their property ???

I teach self defence for students to defend againt their GREATEST PROPERTY - their life ...... STAYING ALIVE is more important than anything else ....

Train well , be SMART !!!

Reason to live ...

People come for Spiritual counseling for many different reasons ... ..... many of them came to me to find out the reason or reasons why they are here ? The aim in this life ..... .... and is that really so important ??

Some people step out of their house to work , some to play , some to meet people , some to visit someone or some places .... .... some never want to return and wish to stay out , some will return home .... some just lost their way back .... some just become lost and don't know what the reason of coming out and where to go .... ??

Do you ever have that feeling of confusion ? The feeling of getting lost ?? It is like an arrow flying without a target or an aim ... ?

Finding the reason to live will let the human understand why are they going through certain unique challenges right now ... .... when you know your purpose here , those challenges will become an interesting experience ... and not a suffering period ....

............. ................. ............ Is good to wander ... just don't forget the way HOME and the purpose for coming out ....

What is LOVE ..???

LOVE ........... ???? Simple word with a great meaning that take time to realise , different people has different understanding and interpretation... what is really right or wrong is really subjective ...

My understanding ??? .. Is going to depend on who you are ? who , what , when you love and why and for what you love it ???

I can't speak for the whole world .... but to my personal understanding , it is a very strong and powerful energy which able to turn things around .... from one side to another ... Just like the electric energy in the human world , it is always there , it is some how neutral in nature .... it is very powerful , and depend on who use it for what ..... ..... it will become a either constructive or destructive force ....

Don't fight for dust ...... ......

Miko ... my 15 years old pug helped me to realise something that many people know .... but not many REALISE ...... ...........
As I showered him in the morning , his fur is dropping and water washed them away , it reminded me that how old was Miko ... and how fast time flew ... .... his body was getting weaker and weaker everyday due to old age ... .... and soon his life will pass on ..... .... and like JJ my chihuahua who passed away almost 2 years ago .... .... will turn to dust and join back into the nature - EARTH ....

Human body I am in now , is the same like them ... .... the earth provide all the food we eat, and from those food we are formed .... we came to this earth naked , with NOTHING ... and we are go to leave with NOTHING ..... .... Everything we figth for - the house ... the money .... the woman and man ..... is make from dust and will be ended up turning back into dust .... ...so what are we really fighting for .... ???

Is ok and alright to work hard to earn something ..... .... but over craving for it , till we do negative stuff will cause alot of unneccesary pain and suffering not just to ourselves , but to the energy of this universe as a whole .... .....

Life is not about fighting for more , it is about being happy of what we are having ... .... and when you are able to do that , you don't need to FIGHT for more any longer, because the MORE will just come to you .....

Count our blessing ... don't take them for granted ....

Everything we have is a blessing to us .....our health , this country ... the sun ...moon .... this universe .... ... this life we are living , are all our blessing .... ....

Our earth keep and support us here with other living creatures , we all supposed to live together in harmony , because we share this earth TOGETHER .... and due to human's ego and greed ..... they try to take over the control and destroyed the nature and caused the extinction of so many creatures ..... ego and greed not just harmed the creatures , human fight war after war and caused the death and suffering of so many innocent lives .....

Ego and greed of human now is reaching a point that is causing harm to the earth .... and she is losing the ability to heal herself ..... if they still go on , soon they will lost everything .... everything .....

Human got to count their blessing and don't take anything they have for granted .... or soon they will be left with NOTHING ..... NOTHING ....

Don't tag a special date on the special person ...

Everyday has the same hours ... same minutes and seconds ..... .... Same day and same night .... but people named a certain days different names and expect people to behave differently.... and got to treat certain group of people very nice ... example .... Mother's day ... Father's days .... Children day , Teacher's day ..... they are expected to treat their mother , father , teachers and kids very good .... bring them out .. eat good meal.... buy things for them and make them happy ....

They named certain days for certain religion and wanted people to behave super holy and love the GOD they trust ....

If you really love those people ... if you really love your GOD ..... treat every single moment a special moment ..... .... don't wait till a so called special day to make that person feel special .... ....

Don't wait for that special day ..... ..... if you really have special feeling with the people around you , every moment is SPECIAL ..... there is NO need for a special day to let that person feel SPECIAL .... If there is a need for that SPECIAL day ... that person is not really a special person in your life ....

LIFE IS GOOD !!! LIVE IT WELL !!!!!

Rainbow will appear after the storm .....

In human life , it is for sure there are challenges .... and most of the time it is these challenges that make us grow strong and wise .... - if we view it with a positive mindset ..

Bad time will never last , most importantly is what and how we set our focus upon during that period ... certain people create more challenges during the '' bad time '' by setting their focus at the negative angle ...

I suggest that we should always set our focus on LOVE , JOY and PEACE - the positive energy during the challenging period . Miracle always happen if one is able to focus right ..

Just like the sun will reappear after the storm ..... and the rainbow will be there to greet us ;) ....

No matter how dark and cold the night will be ..... Surely the sun will appear soon after that ...

Reason of positive affirmation to ourselves ..

Affirmation is a form of ''self talk'' ............. Human being never stop talking to themselves ... .....

Most of the time they are doing it unconsciously ... .... and the content in their self talk is depend on the way their mind is being conditioned ..... most of them , their mind is not being conditioned positively .... THAT'S THE CHALLENGE !!!!!

The news they watch , the songs they listen ... the movie they enjoy... the topic they discuss ... ..the people they are surrounded ..... how many percent is positive influence ...... ....

That's why people need to practise POSITIVE SELF TALK consciously for a period of time to re-condition their mind .... and choose what information they are feeding to themselves correctly .... ...

BECAUSE WHAT YOU CONSTANTLY FOCUSING ON IS WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET ..... ....

Life is a movie .... make it a happy one .

Spiritual counseling session allow someone to enter their '' past - lives '' .... some clients described to me that lives in the past were like movies ... ...

Some of them doubt it ... and couldn't believe what they saw in their own mind ..... ...

To me , I suggest : - what had passed is already the past ... we got to learn from it ... be wise .... let the negative energy go and move on ... there are new chapters waiting for us ..

No matter what we saw in our mind is true or false .... real or just our imagination , those images affected us , and are there to teach us a lesson , deal with it .... and continue our learning joureny ...

Since life is like a movie ..... direct it well and make it a happy and meaningful one ...

Is a blessing to be in a peaceful country with a healthy body .... if you are one who is presently having it , be happy and grateful for it ... for it is what you earned from those '' past lives '' .... give thanks ... be happy and more good things will be coming towards you ....

LIFE is GREAT !!! LOVE it WELL !!!!

You can help to sweep ...but don't bring the rubbish home ...

Many people wish to care when their friends around them are in trouble .... .... Is good to help , but a lot of them ended up in the bad energy field which belong to others .... and cause themselves in bad situation ...

Example : - ''A'' friends are in their challenges of their relationship ... their partners are being naughty ..... ''A'' tried to help , by listening to them again and again ... and ended up got emotionally affected ... ''A'' started to suspected the partner beside maybe doing nothing wrong too ..... ...... What ''A'' is doing is not going to help in the relationship at all ...

What we constantly focusing on expand !!! If in our mind there is only negative images then that is what we are going to see in real life ...

Care for someone , but make sure we are stable enough to do it well ... or else we will be next who is going to fall into the negative energy field ... .

Help someone to do cleaning ....but don't bring back people rubbish and dirty your own house ...

All is well in my world and wish the same to yours ...

Understand what you are going to believe ...

People have different belief .... ..... but how many people really understand what they believe in.. ... ??

Where , how , who , what ... we are putting our faith in is very important if we wish to enlighten our spirit in this life ...

If what you believe in never empower you .... simply change your belief ... YES !!!! Just change it !!!!

Don't worry about people say that you are going to HELL if you don't believe in them ... .... because they really don't know where they are or we are stepping now is HELL !!!! ....

Good news is HEAVEN is also here .... ..... and only one person can bring you there ...... .... that person stay within you .... is called YOURSELF ...

Where , how , who , what ,.... you put your faith in bring you to either H1 or H2 ... ... you have the choice . YES !!!! you have the choice !!!!

Clearing the seeds in the previous texts doesn't mean make one forget about anything ... ... as I mentioned '' NOTHING can be FORGOTTEN " .... clearing seeds here meaning the '' negative energy ...feeling ...emotion ... belief .... .... " .... we got to learn from our experience in a positive manner and gain the wisdom out from it in order to allow us to step on .. ... that is the reason we are here '' THE 2H "" ... and challenges will still be around ... , what different is the way you view , see , experience , handle .... settle the situation will be different ... that is what we called it growing wisdom ... Enlightening our spirit....

We are actually SPIRITUAL BEING in " HUMAN BODY " ..... we are still what we are , never change ..... - If you take an apple and cover it up with a banana skin ... the apple in it is still an Apple ... ..........................................

ALL IS WELL IN MY WORLD ... and wish the same to you ....

There is NO failure ... only result ...

In life no matter what we do .... .... we only produce result ... and when we take it positively for what ever result we have it will make us stronger , wiser , smarter ... No matter what , never name it a " FAILURE " ...

Example : - 2 sport men competing in a match , 1 win , the other never win , as long as he learnt from the match on what he does right and what he should improve , he will definitely be a better player in the near future .

So , how you view a situation will determine how the situation builds you :) ...... Be smart view it POSITIVELY

You can't LOVE anyone if you don't know how to LOVE yourself

Love is a simple word that take many life time to master .... Most simple point : - if one don't have LOVE to himself or herself , it is impossible for them to give it out to someone .... you can't give to others what you don't have ???

Love is happy , kind , peace , joy .... ..... all those wonderful positive feeling that are hugging you every single second ...

Search yourself to see whether there is any wonderful positive feeling in you ...when you say you LOVE yourself .... and if you say you LOVE someone , see is the one you are LOVEing gets and has all those wonderful positive feeling when you are around ??? .... ....

If not ..... ..... that is not LOVE at all ... ...

ALL is WELL in my world and same to you my LOVE ... ...

Unclog your memories , in order to unclog your life ..

Life cycle is like water running in the stream , it runs toward the big ocean .... it must be always in constant moving flow , changing form after form '' liquid to vapour in the air and liquid back to earth '' moving in a circle ... even when we don't see it , it is around us ....

If one treated an experience as bad and refused to learn and forgive , it will be like a clog of sand blocking the flow , and will keep blocking the same sands and rocks till the stream stop to flow and form a still dirty pond ..... the pond will be there years after years .... until one day a mini crack cut through it and slowly flow through bit by bit constantly to remove those sands and rocks ..... and soon the stream will flow freely again in the the big open ocean .....

If a person refuse to learn and forgive a life experience the negative energy will soon start to clog up the life flow and attract the similar experience again and again ( no matter how far you try to escape ..no matter how much you try to change outside your life...the experience will reform itself infront of you , reason is because the so called negative energy is actually within us ... so the realization got to be from there as well ..)... aches , pains ,diseases , accidents ...are actually an alarm system that trying to wake us up to learn and unclog the flow ... Teachers and counsellors can only lead us there ... we are the one who must use our energy flow to unclog it bit by bit . - Unclogging means learning from the experience with positive mind set , and get the wisdom out from it ... ( Just like the disease we called cancer ... is build up in this manner ... is from within .... yet people try so hard to find doctors to treat from the outside ... and always what the doctors tell them is that the disease is INCURABLE .... Yes and they are RIGHT !!!!! From outside they can't do much ..... Only the person who build and create it from within can undo it FROM WITHIN !!!!!!!!!!!! ) ...

How about we die ? Will death stop the experience .. ?

I don't think so .... liquid will become vapour in the air and soon turn into rain and rain drops fall back into the clogged dirty still pond and to experience the process again ... Only when one awakened and willingly learn and forgive the matter and send it away with positive energy , till then wisdom will be learnt and the flow will be moving into the big blue ocean again....

Take time to quiet down and look closely and deeply within ourselves ... how many still dirty ponds are there in our heart ... and when are we ready to unclog it ? .... Try to start slowly and take a step at a time .... don't worry because TIME is what we have and is FOREVER ......... we will always come back in other lives to unclog it ....

............... ALL is well and always will be ..............

To start with a good ending in mind ...

Most human being believe in '' seeing is believing '' .... .... Spiritual being see the end in their mind and create their own reality ...

What about you ?... If you see yourself only as flesh and bones , you belong to the human ... If you see yourself as the spirit that live within and is the same as where you came from - the source , then you are the spiritual being ...

No matter which angles you are looking from , you are always right and no one can make you wrong - that is HOW POWERFUL YOU ARE !!!!!!!!

Now ....... ....... you want a good ending ??? Is there an ending ??? Actually NO !!!! Things never end , they just change their forms - Is the way you see it in your mind change the experiences .... ...

So , no matter what we are doing , always have a good ending experience in our mind !!!
